Stopped in after 7 years and the place has been remodeled and the same workers serving and cooking.
Food has the same taste as in the past.
The only small problem is the nice fish tank is gone.

    Don't know how to feel.....

Vietnamese and Chinese run through my blood streams but this ain't it. Service however, pretty good.

    - Muc Chien Dion (Fried Calamari) : Not fried, more like MICROWAVED. It's not crunchy at all, soggy, and not appetizing. Taste like microwaved food.

    - Com Ca Mang (Salt Fish Rice) : Blan and no fish. Contained one piece of chicken and a few grains of rice here and there were salty AS HECK.

    - Goi Do Bien (Seafood Salad) : Small portion. Not extraordinary.

    - Banh Hoi Bo Nuong : overly sweet. Lettuce was rotten at places.

Overall, my favorite part of this dinner would be the orange slices. Other than that, wouldn't come back again. Also, we never intended to come here, the other restaurant was closed :(.

This will be my new spot for hu tieu kho or how I like to call it Vietnamese spaghetti! I usually go to vung tau for this but this spot is just so much closer to home and tastes just as good and the small portion is just the perfect amount to satisfy me and it's so much cheaper! The service was excellent as well!

My dad took my here yesterday to eat and the food is pretty good. Service is really fast and the guy with glasses working up front is super nice!

I wanted the Wonton Noodle Soup but I think I ordered the wrong one because my food only came with wonton. Turns out I did but they were happily to simply add egg noodle to my dish. It was nice and flavorful. The wonton was super bomb!!

My little sister ordered the Chow Fun. It was a little dry and I wish they made it a little more saucy. They added a great portion of noodles and vegetables. Some Vietnamese restaurants try to cheat you and give you a lot of vegetables.

I love the interior in the restaurant. It's so like classy I would say? It's probably one of the best interior for a restaurant I've seen so far.

This is my go to place for Vietnamese catering. They have the best Goi, aka Vietnamese shrimp salad, fried rice, stir fried noodle, and fried chicken. The fried rice and goi are signature dishes here, and the flavors are second to none.

Also, the service is excellent. It was 95 degrees outside and while waiting to pick up my order, the waitress brought out a cup of water while I waited.

I highly recommend Cao Nguyen's for their excellent quality food and flavors.
